We want to get your gear to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s how our shipping works:
1. Courier Service
We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries within South Africa. They’re fast, reliable, and know how to handle packages with care.
2. Shipping Times
- Shipping times vary depending on your location.
- Once your order leaves our workshop, delivery usually takes 1–5 business days for most areas, but remote locations may take longer.
- Please note: once we hand your parcel to The Courier Guy, it’s out of our hands — we can’t control delays caused by weather, strikes, incorrect addresses, or other courier issues.
3. Tracking Your Order
- As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey online.
- If you have trouble tracking your package, you can contact The Courier Guy directly or reach out to us for assistance.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Occasionally, promotions or free shipping offers may apply — we’ll clearly advertise those when available.
5. Responsibility
- Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. We can’t be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, let us know immediately so we can help you start a claim with the courier.
