Pew Pew Accessories Return & Warranty Policy
At Pew Pew Accessories, we take pride in making tough gear for serious use. We want you to be confident in your purchase — and we back that up with a clear, no-nonsense return and warranty policy.
1. Eligibility
- Custom-made holsters: These are made just for you, so we unfortunately cannot refund or exchange them.
- If your holster breaks under normal use (training, fighting, and everyday wear), we’ll fix it — no problem.
- Damage caused by negligence (for example: leaving it in a hot car all day, running it through the dishwasher, jumping on it, or other abuse) is not covered.
- Just to be clear: holsters are not bulletproof.
2. Proof & Process
- Having your original invoice makes things smoother, but it’s not required.
- Simply reach out to us at itbroke@pewpewaccessories.co.za to start the process.
- We’ll give you instructions on sending the product back for inspection/repair.
3. Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
- If your holster is covered under our warranty, we’ll replace or repair it.
- Shipping fees for sending the holster to us (and back to you) will need to be covered by the customer.
- Processing time will be the same as our normal order processing time.
4. Warranty
- Every Pew Pew Accessories holster is backed by a transferable limited lifetime warranty.
- This warranty covers normal-use breakage and defects in materials or workmanship.
- Warranty claims can be sent to itbroke@pewpewaccessories.co.za — and yes, you can pass the warranty along if you sell or gift the holster.
5. Final Notes
We’re committed to keeping you in the fight — so you can Carry with Confidence. If something goes wrong that’s on us, we’ll make it right. If it’s not, we’ll still do our best to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
